Please read these terms carefully before using Sew Unique Ink.

1. Agreement
By accessing Sew Unique Ink ("we," "us," or "our") at this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Products & made-to-order production
Most items are produced after you place an order. Colors, sizes, and print placement shown in previews are representative; minor variation in garment dye lots and print registration may occur. Prices, taxes, and shipping are confirmed at checkout in USD.
4. Custom designs & your content
When you upload artwork or text for custom tees, you represent that you own or have permission to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your design solely to fulfill your order. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this section or that we deem unlawful or offensive.
5. Orders, payment & cancellation
Payment is processed through our payment provider at checkout. Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. Contact hello@sewuniqueink.example as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
6. Shipping, returns & defects
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Return and defect policies are on our Returns page. Made-to-order items are generally not returnable except for defects or fulfillment errors.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and curated designs (excluding your uploads) are owned by Sew Unique Ink or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Sew Unique Ink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
